vaseline and banana for bigger buttocks

An increasing number of women especially in Africa are looking for ways to make their buttocks bigger. In most cases these women do it to enhance their attractiveness, boost their confidence and sexual appeal.

Bananas and Vaseline is now one of the most sought after combination for women seeking bigger and rounder buttocks but does this combination really work? Before we answer that question let us look at each of the components of this “buttocks enhancement combo” stand alone.

What are bananas?

Bananas are listed among the world’s most popular fruits. Native to Southeast Asia, they are now grown in many warm parts of the world. Bananas vary in color, size and shape. The most common type is the Cavendish, which is a type of dessert banana. Green when unripe, it yellows as it matures.

A wide variety of health benefits are associated with the curvy yellow fruit. Bananas are high in potassium and pectin, a form of fiber; they can also be a good way to get magnesium and vitamins C and B6. Bananas are known to reduce swelling, protect against developing Type 2 diabetes, aid in weight loss, strengthen the nervous system and help with production of white blood cells, all due to the high level of vitamin B6 that bananas contain.

Bananas are also high in antioxidants, which can provide protection from free radicals, which we come into contact with every day, from the sunlight to the lotion you put on your skin.

What is Vaseline?

Vaseline is an American brand of petroleum jelly-based products owned by British-Dutch company Unilever. Products include plain petroleum jelly and a selection of skin creams, soaps, lotions, cleansers, and deodorants. In many languages, the word “Vaseline” is used as generic for petroleum jelly; in Portugal the Unilever products are called Vaselina, and in Brazil and some Spanish-speaking countries, the Unilever products are called Vasenol.

While Vaseline can be used as a lubricant, it can also be used as a moisture insulator for local skin conditions characterized by tissue dehydration. Vaseline has been reported to be highly refined, triple-purified and regarded as non-carcinogenic.

Can Vaseline and Banana Make your Buttocks Bigger?

According to the promoters of this concept, rubbing a mixture of petroleum jelly and banana on your buttocks every night before going to sleep, will increase the size of your butt after a few weeks. They also claim bananas and yogurt home-made butt cream can also help achieve similar result.

Let’s look at the science, despite anecdotal evidence that suggest that Vaseline can increase your butt size after a workout because your butt pores will absorb the oily nutrients from it mixed with other fatty formulas there is no scientific evidence to back up this claim. Experts insist that people have been using Vaseline since 1870 -almost 150 years. If it truly made the breasts or butt bigger it would have been commercialized by now.

When eaten, bananas have many beneficial effects on the skin. Bananas  keep the skin well-nourished as it helps keep it hydrated. It also helps moisturize dry skin, making it soft and supple. Vitamin A in banana restores the skin’s moisture and smoothens out the rough texture by healing dry and parched skin. Banana peels also have a number of components that offer possible benefits to the skin. While bananas don’t have the same pimple-fighting ingredients as tea tree oil, benzoyl peroxide, or salicylic acid, they’re thought to help acne by reducing inflammation in the skin from vitamin A. Phenolics in bananas may also contain antimicrobials to treat acne lesions. A 2018 review showed that banana peels are rich in phenolics, which have strong antimicrobial and antioxidant properties and are associated with many health benefits.

According to a 2011 article, banana peels have a number of bioactive compounds, such as carotenoids and polyphenols. While A 2012 study found extracts of banana peel to have anti-inflammatory properties.

Conclusion

There is no scientific evidence to back up the claim that a mixture of bananas and Vaseline or yoghurt can increase buttocks or breast size. In addition it is important to note that eating or using bananas on the skin can sometimes result in allergic reaction.

Allergic reactions to banana vary widely and can include itching of the mouth and throat, itchy rash (hives, urticaria), skin or mucosal swellings (angioedema), and in rare cases narrowing of the throat, wheezing, and even collapse. In most cases, symptoms begin within seconds or minutes of eating the fruit.

In addition not all Vaseline products are safe to use. In 2015, German consumer watchdog Stiftung Warentest analyzed cosmetics containing mineral oils. After developing a new detection method, they found high concentrations of Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons (MOAH) and even polyaromatics in products containing mineral oils. Vaseline products contained the most MOAH of all tested cosmetics (up to 9%). The European Food Safety Authority sees MOAH and polyaromatics as possibly carcinogenic. Based on the results, Stiftung Warentest warns not to use Vaseline or any other products containing mineral oils. READ: How To Get Curves The Healthy Way
